The Road Department is located at 1002 Plymouth Road, across from the Fire Hall.  Road employees are responsible for the maintenance of approximately 30 miles of township roads, and perform all duties associated with upkeep of the roads. Some of the responsibilities include grading and stone placement on gravel roads; crack sealing on paved roads; snow and ice control; road side mowing; traffic sign repair and replacement; ditch cleaning; and culvert installation and replacement, along with vehicle and equipment maintenance. The Road Department also performs grave excavation at Maple Grove Cemetery.

Road Superintendent Todd Graf

Todd Graf became Road Superintendent in 2019, after six years with the Plymouth Township Road Department. A lifelong Ashtabula County resident, Todd graduated in 1990 from Geneva High School and the Ashtabula County Joint Vocational School masonry program. He worked in construction his entire life. He came to the Township with 20 years’ experience as a union bricklayer, including 15 years as a supervisor. He and his wife, Loretta, married in 1991 and have twin sons and two grandchildren, all residing in Jefferson. Todd said, “I take pride in working hard for the Township and being a part of the community.”
