Will was born and raised in Plymouth Township. As a young man, he followed his parents as active members of the Plymouth community, including Plymouth Fire Department and Plymouth Methodist Church. He graduated from Ashtabula High School in 1978. He found work with various local employers, including Aztek Rental, Rent-A-Pour, and Frederick Specialties Machine Shop until he joined the Navy in 1985. After six years’ service in the USN, Will joined the private sector and for 34 years has worked as a technical support specialist for Rolls-Royce jet engines.
Will returned to Plymouth in 2012, where he lives in his childhood home on Rockwell Road with his wife, Adreina. In 2025 he served on the Plymouth Township Zoning Board. He began serving his first term as Plymouth Trustee on January 1, 2026.
Will is the liaison to the Zoning Inspector, Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals.

Roger was born and raised in Plymouth Township. He graduated from Ashtabula High School (1971), and Kent State University (B.A. in Biology 1976 and B.S. in Education 1977). After graduating from The University of Akron School of Law (1981), he went to work in the Akron office of Roetzel & Andress, a regional law firm. When he retired 38 years later, he was a partner in, and shareholder of, the firm. His practice was focused on commercial law, business reorganization, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights. Roger returned to Plymouth in 2022. He began serving his first term as a Plymouth Township Trustee on January 1, 2026.
Roger has been a construction worker, a science teacher, a Medic in the Army National Guard, an Editor-in-Chief of the Akron Law Review, an adjunct law professor, a leader in his church, a Vice President of the Akron Civic Theatre Board of Trustees, a bankruptcy trustee, a court-appointed receiver, an executor, a notary public, and a member of the Plymouth Township Board of Zoning Appeals.
Roger is the liaison to the Fire Department and Maple Grove Cemetery.

Bruce is a lifelong resident of Plymouth Township. He graduated from Ashtabula High School in 1986. He has been running a successful business, Turner’s Water Hauling, for over 30 years. Bruce holds first responder and firefighter certifications. He was elected to his first term serving as a Trustee in November 2023.
Bruce is the liaison to the Road Department and coordinator for the Community Room.

Maryann Stevenson was born and raised in Plymouth Township, attended Plymouth Elementary School and graduated from Ashtabula High School in 1970. She studied accounting at Malone University, North Canton. She and her husband, Tom, have been married since 1971 and have two adult children and four grandchildren. Except for a few years living on Lake Erie in North Kingsville, they are lifelong Plymouth Township residents.
For nine years, Maryann was the assistant executive director of the Partnership for Education in Ashtabula County (PEAC). She is a graduate of LEADERship Ashtabula County, Class of 2007. Maryann served 16 years on the Ashtabula Area City Schools Board of Education and six years on the County Joint Vocational School Board of Education. She was formerly employed in the accounting department of a large Akron furniture store group, and with The Star Beacon as a reporter, feature writer and editor.
She was appointed Fiscal Officer in October 2010 and was re-elected to her fourth four-year term in November 2023. In 2014 she completed the Ohio Township Association Leadership Academy. She also serves the township as secretary of both the Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals.
